Measure 1 inch under the left armpit, to 1 inch under the right armpit.

Chest

Measure 1 inch under the left armpit, to 1 inch under the right armpit, and multiply that number by 2.

Length

Measure from the top of the shoulder next to the collar straight to the bottom of the shirt.
